DESCRIPTION:Youth/Adult Rec/Learn to Row Summer Camp 2 \nThis program is designed for athletes ages 12 and up (including adults) who have not been on the water or feel they are not ready for a competitive program.\nThis program is introductory in nature and will give athletes a chance to experience rowing and decide if it is something they may choose to pursue. It is a great way to have fun and make friends while they are getting fit.\nThe program teaches beginners the fundamentals of rowing. Focusing on rowing technique\, boat handling\, water safety\, rowing terminology\, and crew coordination.\nThis program is coached by experienced coaches with a focus on athlete development.\nIt is a positive\, patient and safe environment with a goal of developing athletes to the point they can join the competitive high school or club programs if they choose to.\n\nSummer Training Schedule Mon – Fri 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM\nAn invoice with payment options will be emailed.  $150.00 plus HST $19.50 = $169.50 (RCA + PRA $76.48 paid annually)
